While it's true that a fair amount of actual wiggling takes place at Burning Man, the "space wiggle" images at this site are just a nifty optical illusion:
This method of presenting stereo images uses animated .gifs to rapidly switch between left and right images. For most of us the brain will impose a crude sense of dimensionality on a wildly wiggling scene. Link to smaller image size (for dialup folks): stereowiggle1
